Bio Med Solutions runs scheduled regulated medical waste collection across South Alabama, South Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle, with a mail back programme for sites outside those routes. It is a division of Greer Enterprises, based at the same Mobile address, with the same people behind it.
Greer handles what sits alongside medical waste under RCRA: hazardous waste pharmaceuticals under Subpart P, laboratory chemicals, formalin, mercury from legacy instruments and chemotherapy agents that are RCRA hazardous.
