What to send with a quote request
An existing waste profile, an old manifest, or photographs of the drums and their labels. Any one of those is usually enough to start. Volumes and container counts help, and a rough location sets the routing.
If you have none of that, say so. An unlabeled drum with no history is a normal starting point, and characterizing it is the first piece of work rather than a barrier to getting a price.
