Common questions
Where are the full terms?
Contact us for the current General Terms and Conditions. A separate written agreement governs where one is in place.
Who is responsible for characterizing the waste?
The generator, under 40 CFR 262.11. Greer characterizes streams and assigns codes as part of the service, but the determination and the certification on the manifest remain the generator obligation. The terms reflect that allocation.
