What SCDES expects on site
Applies to SQGs and LQGs, with LQG duties broader:
- An EPA identification number obtained through the state
- Containers marked Hazardous Waste with the accumulation start date
- Weekly documented inspections of accumulation areas
- Personnel training appropriate to the generator category
- A written contingency plan and quick reference guide for LQGs
- Manifests and land disposal restriction notifications retained three years
- State fees paid on the schedule the program sets
